How to use:

Take a small amount of oil in your palm.

Rub your hands together to warm it slightly.

Gently massage the baby’s arms, legs, tummy, back, and feet using light strokes.

Avoid the eyes, mouth, nose, genital area, and broken/irritated skin.

Use a small amount—there should not be a thick oily layer.

Massage when the baby is calm and comfortable, preferably before a bath.

Stop if redness, itching, swelling, or irritation develops.
