Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. c. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
2. Shipping Time a. Once processed, your order will be shipped, and the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. b. Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, logistical delays, or other events beyond our control. c. We ship throughout India.
3. Shipping Charges a. Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery location. b. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly advertised on our Website.
4. Shipment Tracking a. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). b. You can use the tracking number(s) to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.
5. Delivery Address a. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. b. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
6. Multiple Shipments a. Your order may be shipped in multiple packages if it contains items from different warehouses or requires special handling. You will be notified if your order will be shipped in separate consignments.
7. Damages During Shipping a. OrganicHands.in takes utmost care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please refer to our No Refund Policy regarding the procedure for damaged items. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
